M.A. Sustainable Rural Development

With our Sustainable Rural Development programme, we aim to empower our students with a blend of management ethics, values, expertise to improve the rural scenario in our country. Here, students will learn how to understand the Indian Economy, its political structures, agro-based industries, agricultural risk management and more. Course Fees

Program fee Rs. 3/- lac per student to be paid in two installments. 1st installment of Rs.1,50,000/- at the time of admissions. 2nd Instalment of Rs.1,50,000/- before the beginning of the fourth trimester.

MIT-WPU follows UGC-specified eligibility norms while reviewing students’ admission applications.To be eligible for admission to any of our MA programmes, candidates are required to meet the following criteria :

  • Eligibility of Candidates: Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent are eligible to apply. The experience of candidates in working with the social sector, civil society institutions, in liveihood programmes, on policy advocacy, project planning and monitoring will be given due weightage.
