MIT-SOG MPG programme is a first of its kind PG programme, which focuses on creating future political leaders. During this two-year programme, we empower students with relevant knowledge and skills to contribute to strengthening the foundation of our democracy. Alumni of this programme have been working with political parties such as Aam Aadmi Party, Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress in various capacities. This two year programme provides a great learning curve to understand the nuances of power and governance in India for young students aspiring to join politics.

MASTERS IN POLITICAL LEADERSHIP & GOVERNMENT

India needs dynamic, proactive and knowledgeable professionals who can overcome political challenges and make a positive difference. The MPG programme is a first of its kind PG degree Program in Political leadership and Governance in Asia. With this two-year programme, we aim to help dynamic youth to pursue a rewarding career in Politics.

To provide political aspirants a better understanding of the different subjects in Politics, we offer internships, an international study tour to Europe, local field visits, national study tours, and interactive sessions with political personalities. During this two-year programme, aspirants are trained in Politico-Economic ideologies, Public Policy and Advocacy, Elections in India, Constituency Research and more. MIT-SOG handholds students aspiring a career in politics.
